On October 19, Katarína Absolonová, president of the association ASAP-translation, participated as a representative of translation companies in a panel discussion at the Hieronym Days in the Moyzes Hall of the Faculty of Philosophy at Comenius University at the invitation of PhDr. Pavel Šveda. The hot topic of discussion was how the remuneration of translators has developed in recent years. K. Absolonová explained that the situation in the translation industry is not rosy at present, but encouraged translators that the path to higher earnings lies in increasing productivity through modern technologies.
